How to Crochet Little Pumpkin Earrings – Quick Free Pattern

So let me now get started and tell you what you will need in order to crochet this amazing pattern.
How to crochet the Little Pumpkin Earrings
Materials:
- Premier Yarns Anti-Pilling Everyday Yarn
- flame orange (might be not available anymore, in that case any worsted weighted yarn will do)
- green (less than 12 inches long, any worsted weighted yarn will do fine)
- 5.0mm hook
- scissors
- tapestry needle
- Stainless steel Earrings
Stitches used (US terms):

- ch = chain
- sc = single crochet
- sl st = slip stitch
- inv sc dec = invisible single crochet decrease
- dec = decrease
Gauge:
4 rows x 4 sts = 1 square inch
Final Size:
0.75 (Height) x 1.5 (diameter) inches (without earrings, so just the pumpkin) -> for the pumpkin with 8 sc starting out and 4 rows of sc
0.6 (Height) x 1.25 (diameter) inches (without earrings, so just the pumpkin) -> for the pumpkin with 6 sc starting out and 3 rows of sc
Instructions:
For the bigger one of the Little Pumpkin Earrings (make 2)
Using the orange yarn
Round 1: make a magic ring and add 8 sc’s to it, then close the hole, use a stitch marker (continuous rounds)
Round 2: 2 sc in each st all around
Round 3 – 6: 1 sc in each st all around
Round 7: 1 inv sc dec per 2 sts, all around
Using a tapestry needle, finish up closing the hole by going thru the front loops of 2 stitches each.
Fasten off and use the left over yarn to sew the indents to the pumpkin. Fasten off and weave in the end.
Now use the green yarn and weave it through from one side to the other, add the earring, weave the yarn thru the other side again and fasten off and weave in the ends.
For the smaller one of the Little Pumpkin Earrings (make 2)
Using the orange yarn
