We’re now on Day 8 of this year’s Advent Calendar Mystery Crochet Along! This fun event follows a repeating 3-day cycle: Day 1 is a giveaway, Day 2 is a stitch tutorial, and Day 3 is a free crochet pattern using the previous day’s stitch. The cycle continues all the way through December 24th, bringing a new surprise each day for crochet lovers!
The Crochet Feather Stitch is one of my favorites because it creates a lovely, flowing texture that looks amazing in blankets or scarves. You can follow my free written pattern and video tutorial to see every step clearly.
I love using this stitch, and it is used in my three patterns: boot cuffs, a phone bag, and a basket. I think you will enjoy how versatile and fun this stitch is to work.

You’ll get easy-to-follow written directions along with a full video tutorial, so beginners and first-timers can learn this stitch without stress. I show each step clearly to help you feel confident as you work.
Once you’re ready to try it out, head to my blog tomorrow for a free mystery crochet pattern as part of the Advent Calendar Mystery CAL. You will get a chance to work one of my three Feather Stitch patterns, like the bootcuffs, phone bag, or basket.
