Pattern Notes
First, you’ll start by crocheting two little boxes, then you’ll stuff them with just a tiny bit of polyfill, and lastly, you’ll use white yarn as your ‘ribbon’ to tie around the boxes so they look like little gifts.
Instructions for the Gift Box Earrings
Make 2 earrings
Ch 3
R1: starting from the 2nd ch from the hook, 1 sc per ch, turn (2 sts)
R2: 1 sc per st
R1: Now you’ll crochet all around the tiny square you made (2 sts per edge), so 8 sts for that round
R2-R4: 1 sc per st
Now you’re crocheting the flap in rows again.
R1: 1 sc in the next 2 sts, turn
R2: 1 sc per st
Add some stuffing and sew the flap to the main gift box body, add your earring and then wrap it like a gift box with white yarn. Fasten off and weave in your ends.
