3 rds in red, 7 rds in light grey
R1: magic ring, ch 1, 6 sc, close ring
For continuous rounds, use a stitch marker
R2-10: 1 sc per st
Fasten off and sew 2 to the front and 2 to the back of the body.

R1: Magic Ring, add 6 sc, close the ring, use a stitch marker for continuous rounds (6)
R2: 1 sc per st (6)
R3: *1 sc, then 2 sc in the next st, repeat from * all around (9)

Beard – in white
Ch 10, starting from the 2nd ch from the hook
R1-2: 1 sc per st, turn
Fasten off
Now cut white yarn pieces about 6 inches long and fold them in half and pull one loop through one of the sts made on the small rectangle, then pull yarn ends through loop, and pull to tighten (a latch hook is easier than a regular hook).
Once done, brush out the hair with a metal hair brush. And trim the beard.
And sew the small rectangle to the inside of the hat.
Nose – in pink
R1: Magic ring, ch 1, 5 sc, close ring
R2: 1 sc per st, fasten off and sew to the center of the beard below the hat.
Now sew the hat to the top of one side of the body (top being the side when it lays flat on the ground).
