Follow the attached graph. 

Repeat rows 1-44 3 times, finish with one more row 1 

I wrote the pattern a bit more compressed to make it easier to read. 

This pattern is made with 3 DC Filet Crochet. 

Each row starts with 1 ATC or Ch 3 and counts as a stitch! This stitch is not mentioned below but needs to be crocheted!
