This free pattern is for a Hooded Infinity Scarf with Pockets. This pattern is made using only basic crochet stitches as well as bulky yarn.
No matter the time of the year, you will see a crocheter crocheting a scarf, cowl or a shawl. Scarves are considered the easiest beginner project as it usually just rectangles. True! And if you make several rectangles in different sizes, you have this fun hooded infinity scarf with pockets.
I love designing functional and unique crochet patterns, especially with pockets. And this pattern has the pockets kind of hidden.
The pockets are big enough to hold a larger phone, hooks, yarn and even nicknacks or other fun things you want to hide and storage while staying warm and cozy. Maybe some food or candy?
Furthermore, this infinity scarf pattern uses only basic crochet stitches. So its easy and a great beginner project.

Finally, sew the long scarf piece to the opposite side of the pockets to make a huge loop with pockets.
Finally, sew the hoodie (folded into a triangle) to the short scarf edge and likely even part of the pockets.
Fasten off and weave in your ends.
