Materials you will need
- Premier Anti-Pilling Everyday Yarn (100g) – worsted (#4) yarn
- Aran (1 skein)
- Premier Anti-Pilling Everyday Medley Yarn (100g) – worsted (#4) yarn
- Autumn (1 skein)
- 5.00 mm hook -> I used a WeCrochet Dots Hook
- Scissors
- tapestry needle
- polyfill
Gauge
4 sts x 4 rounds = 1 square inch
Size
8 x 4 inches
Stitches used in the pattern

- st/sts = stitch/stitches
- ch = chain
- sc = single crochet
- dc = double crochet
- blo = back loop only
- flo = front loop only
- mdc = mosaic double crochet (place around front loop 2 rows down – same color yarn)
- dc = double crochet
- sl st = slip stitch
- ATC = Alternative Turning Chain

Using Overlay Crochet in Rounds, follow the graph to crochet this pattern.
All odd rounds are aran. All even rounds are autumn.
ALL sc’s are made in the BLO!
All mdc’s are made in the FLO 2 rows down (same color)!
Repeat EACH pattern repeat 7 additional times to have 80 stitches per row.
All FIRST DC stitches are made as a ATC (stacked single crochet). Sl St first and last st per round.

R2: (sc) x 10
R3: (sc) x 3, (mdc) x 1, (sc) x 3, (mdc) x 1, (sc) x 2
R4: (sc) x 2, (mdc) x 1, (sc) x 5, (mdc) x 1, (sc) x 1
R5: (mdc) x 2, (sc) x 7, (mdc) x 1
R6: (sc) x 2, (mdc) x 1, (sc) x 5, (mdc) x 1, (sc) x 1
R7: (sc) x 3, (mdc) x 1, (sc) x 3, (mdc) x 1, (sc) x 2
R8: (sc) x 4, (mdc) x 3, (sc) x 3
Repeat rounds 3 to 8 for the pattern.
Graph info
All pixels without an X are made with SC in the BLO
All pixels with an X are made with MDC which are DC sts in the FLO 2 rows down
Assembling the Mosaic Crochet Pumpkin
Weave through the first round in and out and pull, to close the hole. Fasten off and weave in your ends.
Add stuffing/polyfill.
Sew the top closed the same was as the bottom.
Then weave yarn 6 times in and out through the center with big but tight loops to make the ridges of the pumpkin.
Fasten off and weave in your ends.
Glue on a wood stick to the top.
