Tail
R1: Ch 6, starting from the 2nd ch from the hook, 1 sc per ch (5 sts), sl st to original sc st
R2: all in blo along side extension, 1 sc per st, ch 2, in 2nd ch from hook, 1 sc, 1 sc in 5 sts, sl st to original sc st
Remember there are 4 sts in the last row of the body. You just used the 1 sc st twice (2 sl sts into it with the extension you created). Now you’ll repeat R2 twice per the last 3 sc’s from the last row of the body such that you slip stitched 2 times per st of the 4 sc.
Fasten off once you’re done.

ALL first dc sts are ATC (or ch3) and count as a dc st

R3: *1 sc, 2 sc in next st, repeat from * till the end, turn
R4: *1 sc in 2 sts, 2 sc in next st, repeat from * till the end, turn
