DK yarn is very popular in the summer and for garments. CotLin yarn is cotton and linen yarn with amazing drape and great for garments and washcloths. This review focuses on the best DK Cotton Linen yarn mentioned in the Crafty Crochet Review Show.
You might consider me a worsted weighted yarn lover. But I do try to stay true to the products I design and publish. But I’m picky about how soft a certain yarn is. For me to be able to work with it, it needs to be very soft. But it also needs to be easy to work with. When I recently made a specific washcloth, I tried using worsted cotton yarn, but it would have made the design huge. So I tried this new to me yarn called CotLin from WeCrochet. And as soon as I started using it, I knew it was not only perfect for this project but also perfect for other amazing projects I would use it for.
This cotton linen yarn is just so easy to work with. The colors are beyond amazing. And the drape is fantastic. If you like cotton yarn, you will love this cotton-linen yarn.
It is ideal for more than just washcloths. I see it as the perfect yarn for garments, shawls and lacy projects. I can’t wait to use it more in upcoming projects.
To make it easier I created a complete video review about this amazing yarn – through the Crafty Crochet Review Show which is held every Friday at 12pm, PST on Youtube. You can sign up here for reminder emails.
