This free filet crochet scarf features unique 3D cubes using the filet crochet technique. This is a great spring or fall scarf.
There are many reasons to love crochet scarves. Firstly, they aren’t a huge time commitment like blankets are. Secondly, you don’t have to buy endless balls of yarn. Many times I already have what I need on hand to crochet a scarf. Additionally, crochet scarves are great beginner projects as well as last-minute gifts.
Another notable perk of crochet scarves is that you can branch out and try something new, without committing to a huge project that you will possibly burn out on. For this scarf, I wanted to use the filet crochet technique to create something really unique.
Finally, I settled on this fun 3D-like cube design. Consequently, this makes for a really cool scarf that truly stands out. Not to mention that it’s super easy to make! Moreover, you’ll use just basic stitches to crochet this scarf. So even if you’re just a beginner, I’m confident that you’ll be able to crochet this scarf.
