The holiday season is upon us and it’s going to be here before we know it. Why does it seem that Christmas comes earlier and earlier every year?
For most of us crocheters, this is a very busy time for us. Maybe you are working through a list that seems a mile long of gifts to make for everyone. Or maybe you are beefing up your inventory for your shop and/or craft fairs.
But wait! You still want to crochet some holiday decor for your home too, right? Well – I scoured the internet (so you don’t have to) and found some really great Christmas tree patterns that work up quickly and will look great in your home this holiday season.
Besides Santa Hat Crochet Patterns, we also need crochet Christmas trees to decorate for the Holiday Season. But the patterns also need to be a fun project you can create in just a few hours or over a weekend. Well, these patterns are the perfect crochet trees as Christmas decorations, many using basic crochet stitches, worsted weight yarn, a stitch marker, likely a 5 mm crochet hook, and some scrap yarn.
Many of these cute crochet Christmas tree patterns also include a video tutorial. The amazing thing about these patterns is that some are 3 dimensional and at least one is a flat crochet Christmas tree. So if you know how to crochet single crochet stitches, a magic ring or magic circle, and likely also double crochet stitches you can crochet these patterns from the bottom of the tree or the top of the tree down to the tree trunk during this festive season.

Crochet Christmas Tree Tissue Box Cover
This Christmas tree tissue box cover is one of my favorites. Easily cover up your tissue box with this fun Christmas tree!
You’ll use sparkle yarn so that the tree looks like it has lights or glistening snow. This nice, plump Christmas tree is crocheted in the round (so make sure your stitch markers are handy!) from the top down.
Next, you will decorate it with tiny, multi-colored pom poms and lastly, you will crochet a star to top it off!
Now you simply slide your Christmas tree over your tissue box and pull the tissues out the top behind the star. Pretty fun, huh?

The pattern is very easy to crochet and comes with a detailed photo tutorial to help you along to making it.
Use this cute little tree anywhere in your home!
